Chart image got cropped after exported using download as image button

I'm trying to download my chart using "download as image", but it always got cropped after opening it.

Do i need to change some settings in my server?

Hi @pats,

Are you able to attach the image export you received, along with a screenshot of the original chart? And can you confirm which version of DSS you are using?
