Hi, Did you solve your issue?
Hi
I downloaded the log and got this in the error. Do i need to install these packages in R in terminal.

What version of R is installed on your system? Are you using Anaconda?
my R version is -> R version 3.4.4.

I am not using anaconda for R
Hi,

I am experiencing the same error. I use R 3.5.1 with no anaconda. I replayed the R integration script as proposed. Unfortunately, the error still occurs. Here are the last few lines of the log output:

Package not installed: dplyr
No version requested for httr considering installed version OK:1.4.0
No version requested for gtools considering installed version OK:3.8.1
Package not installed: IRkernel

4: In install.packages(toInstall, "/home/dataiku/dss/code-envs/R/R_test2/R.lib",  :

7: In install.packages(toInstall, "/home/dataiku/dss/code-envs/R/R_test2/R.lib",  :

Also, when I try to remove the coding environment, I get a warning:
"Jupyter support removal failed
ERR_CODEENV_JUPYTER_SUPPORT_REMOVAL_FAILED
Couldn't find kernel spec(s): r-dku-venv-r_test2"

Any other Idea besides replaying the R integration script?

Thanks
Hi, Does your server have internet access? Could you post the entire log output of the ./bin/dssadmin install-R-integration command?
Hi,

yes it has Internet access. A screenshot of the log output can be found here:

Thanks, the R integration script ran successfully. Could you restart DSS (./bin/dss restart) and then try to create a brand new R code environment from the UI (https://doc.dataiku.com/dss/latest/code-envs/operations-r.html)? If you get another error, please paste the whole log output  to this thread.
Did it in exact the same way before (except I used ./bin/dss stop and start instead of restart) and got the error above. But now it worked. Thank you!
Awesome! Have fun with R!

Can you replay the R integration script and then try again to create the code env?
