I note that one can set up Keras in DSS on CPU only. I've been experimenting with this a bit. I've got a model building, which is slow. But it is great that we are building a model.
However, in looking htop I notice that only 1 core of my CPU is being used. I effectively have a dozen cores. I'd like to be able to use a bit more of my current computer's horsepower.
Anyone out there crazy enough to do a little bit of deep learning training on CPU. If so are you, building models, on more than 1 Core of your CPU?
